Computer-In-Your-Pocket Project:
Several hundred thousand Smartphones are being activated daily. We are looking for potential partners involved in recycling smartphones (Android and iOS operating systems)for an innovative project that needs 100 smartphones now to help teach middle school and high school students money management and team participation skills. After the initial beta project, we expect to need more than 20,000 smartphones a year to help our partner grow the program. We call this project A Computer in Your Pocket, because we do NOT need access to cell phone service for any of the devices, but will utilize wireless networks and customized apps to engage the learner.
Grant Application Consulting:

Fee based services range from researching grant opportunities through grant project management. Rural America Project:
This special project in partnership with Grozik Associates, Inc and ROK Labs, LLC., is working to improve rural business development resources and opportunities. This includes the creation of a special Vintern (Virtual Interns) program that seeks to leverage rural intellectual resources to "In-Source" digital projects. Through a series of live & recorded webinars and live video conferences, DCP will explore Evergreen Income Streams, Power Networking to Your Dream Job (Under development), and Return on Knowledge programs for individuals that are facing challenging career changes or seeking entrepreneurial business opportunities.
In addition, DCF is focusing on broadband Internet access for rural towns throughout Wisconsin and Minnesota and exploring the use of the Educational Broadband Services spectrum to provide wireless broadband services to rural and other under-served communities.
Healthy at Home:
This project explores the use of aging-in-place technologies to improve rural health care. DCF explores the use of surplus computer systems, tables and Smartphones to create a "LIFELINE" Internet access to help connect senior citizens to their extended families and to health care support services, nationwide.
